Q: What address should I give to the dealer?

In the ‘YOUR ACCOUNT’ section of your customer area, you will find the complete address you should enter into the website so your order can be delivered in France, in the US. and in our four European warehouses in the UK, Spain, Germany and Italy.

When you place your order on the dealer’s site, be sure to provide your name and your reference following 'ColisExpat' or 'CXP' (example: 002107). This information will allow us to identify the parcel’s owner more quickly and with greater certainty.

Ideally, enter this reference in the ‘Company name’ field if prompted to do so.

Q : Are the delays longer when my parcels are delivered to my ColisExpat addresses in Spain, Germany and Italy?

These transit warehouses pre-receive your parcels within 24 hours after delivery and you are notified.
Packages leave these warehouses the next day to the main platform in France where they will be stored and forwarded.
The transit time from these platforms varies from 1 to 3 business days.
